The Cyprus Peace and Dialogue Centre (CPDC) and the International Communities
Organisation (ICO) are thrilled to announce the initiation of a research project for the
establishment of a Cross-Community Investment Committee. This ground-breaking initiative
aims to enhance economic cooperation across divided communities in Cyprus.
Research Deliverables:
Selected researchers will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive report, including:
- Evaluating the feasibility of the committee
- Identifying socio-economic, political, and legal barriers
- Making strategic recommendations to overcome barriers
- Mapping investment areas
- Recommending the most suitable committee setup.
Research Partners:
UNFICYP Cyprus will contribute as knowledge partners to this project.
Research Funding:
Generously funded by ICO, the maximum budget for this vital research is €7,000.
